Single occupancy rates are approximately 2/3rds of the standard rate. We accept cheques with a bank card made payable to Tessa Phipps. We also accept BACS, but we regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit cards. We ask for a deposit of 20% of the booking. |

Cancellation: In the event of a cancelled booking within four weeks of intended arrival, we regret that if bookings have been refused and we have been unable to re-let the room, the deposit will be non-refundable. |
|
Accommodation: From April to September we prefer to take a minimum of two nights or more. |
|
Smoking: We ask guests not to smoke anywhere in the house. |
|
Departure: On the morning when leaving we would ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30am at the latest. |
|
Children: children under 12 years by arrangement. |
|
Dogs: much as we love dogs we regret we are unable to accept them in the house; if you are keen walkers and want to bring your dog it must stay in the car. |

Arrival: after 3:30pm or earlier by arrangement. |
