Take the A30 from Exeter then the A39 to Truro and on towards Falmouth. |

At Treliever roundabout (large double roundabout) take the second turning (unmarked) off the second roundabout through the village of Mabe Burnthouse. |

In Mawnan Smith, bear left at the Red Lion Pub, go half a mile up the hill, turn right into Old Church Road (sign behind you). |

After half a mile on this road you will see Trerose Farm (a working farm) on the right. |

Trerose Manor is immediately beyond the Farm on the right, look out for the large white gate and a Post Box in the Wall. |
